Terms of Sale, Tebex, refunds, and support

Terms of Sale

You automatically accept the following terms when you purchase a script from my Tebex store (sgMAGLERA Scripts Store). When using this site, you are purchasing from Tebex Limited and NOT from sgMAGLERA Scripts. Tebex Limited has the exclusive license to sell sgMAGLERA Scripts products. All digital software and other digital items provided by Tebex Limited are licensed, not sold. The license I sell you grants you limited rights to consume and make use of the software and other digital items personally, and only against the account that was originally used to make the purchase. You may not: (1) reverse engineer, or decompile the script in any way; (2) share the script with others or upload to public websites; (3) resell or redistribute the script. Violating these terms will result in your license to the product being removed (if applicable) and may result in your Cfx.re account being reported or banned.

The checkout process is owned & operated by Tebex Limited, who handle product fulfilment, billing support and refunds. By purchasing through this site, you are also agreeing to the Tebex Checkout T&Cs & Tebex Privacy Policy.

Refunds

Please note: Subscription payments & all payments made using 'Pay with Crypto' are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Our Merchant of Record (MoR), Tebex Limited, is responsible for billing support and refunds. However, as a gesture of goodwill and at our discretion, sgMAGLERA Scripts offers a 7-day money-back guarantee in case you change your mind or if the product is not working as required or as expected. In some cases, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a refund after 7 days if the issue cannot be resolved or if you are unable to get the script working despite our best efforts. PLEASE NOTE: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY A REFUND REQUEST AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON. Some of these reasons include, but are not limited to: (1) resources that have been transferred, (2) inability to verify your purchase, (3) personal error such as being logged into the wrong account, purchasing a product twice, or making an accidental purchase, or (4) refusal to accept support or cooperate with my efforts to resolve the issue.

Please note that I offer refunds AS A GESTURE OF GOODWILL AND AT MY DISCRETION, as well as to demonstrate my level of confidence in what I sell. If you do not wish to co-operate with my refund terms, you can instead contact Tebex Limited. Due to the nature of digital goods, Tebex Limited do not offer refunds for purchases made on the platform. You can learn more here: Tebex Checkout T&Cs.

Subscription packages are NOT eligible for refunds under any circumstances. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and no further payments will be taken. There are no fees or minimum terms for cancellation. Cancelling a subscription will revoke your access to any packages within the subscription. If you would like to dispute a payment with a subscription purchase, please contact Tebex Limited.

Support

Support is provided primarily via Discord, but is also available via email (see Support Center). You must have the Customer role in Discord to get support. After purchase, you will receive roles automatically IF you logged in with Discord at the time of purchase. Alternatively, you can use the /claim command in any channel. To claim roles manually with me, you can use the create ticket channel(s).

Support is available 7 days a week to verified customers who have purchased the script through my official store. Leaked, stolen copies of resources from 3rd party sites, or resold scripts are not eligible for support. You must remain a member of the Discord to qualify for lifetime free support. I have a zero-tolerance policy for rudeness or abusive behaviour towards me. Instances of rudeness or disrespectful behaviour towards me may result in temporary timeouts, being refused support, being blacklisted from opening support tickets or, in the most extreme cases, a permanent ban from the server and you will not be able to receive support for your products. This measure is taken to protect myself from abusive behaviour and to maintain a respectful working environment. I value constructive feedback and am committed to resolving issues amicably and I encourage all customers to communicate respectfully and courteously with me to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
